Những kết luận mới của luận án:

-          Đây là nghiên cứu đầu tiên ở Việt Nam nghiên cứu đồng thời 4 yếu tố tiên lượng đáp ứng buồng trứng trong thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm, trên 3 phác đồ điều trị.

-          Nghiên cứu đã tìm ra tỷ lệ đáp ứng buồng trứng tỷ lệ đáp ứng cao là 26,25%, đáp ứng bình thường là 65,87%, đáp ứng kém là 7,88%. Số ngày dùng FSH trung bình là 9,75 ± 1,00 ngày. Số noãn thu được trung bình là 12,22 ± 7,37 noãn

-          Nghiên cứu đã xác định giá trị của AMH, FSH, AFC và tuổi trong dự báo đáp ứng buồng trứng kém: AMH ≤ 1,2 ng/ml; AFC ≤ 4 nang, FSH ≥ 9,1 IU/L, Tuổi ≥ 37.

-          Nghiên cứu đã xác định giá trị của AMH, FSH, AFC và tuổi trong dự báo đáp ứng buồng trứng cao: AMH ≥ 3,5 ng/ml, AFC ≥ 14, FSH ≤ 7,2 IU/, Tuổi ≤ 34,

-          Nghiên cứu đã cho thấy AMH, AFC, có giá trị dự báo tốt như nhau và tốt hơn FSH ,tuổi trong dự báo đáp ứng buồng trứng .

CONTRIBUTIONS BY THIS DISSERTATION

1.Evaluation of ovarian stimulation results in IVF patients:

This has been the very first research in Vietnam implemented with the research size in large scale evaluating   in-vitro fertilization at National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology, predictor factors of ovarian respond in-vitro fertilization the average days using FSH were 9.75 ± 1.00 days. The average number of oocytes was 12.22 ± 7.37 oocytes

2. Analysis of prognostic value of 4 factors: AMH, FSH, AFC and age for ovarian response.

v   The value of AMH, FSH, AFC and age in predicting poor ovarian response: AMH ≤ 1.2 ng/ml with the sensitivity of 84.8% and the specificity of 86.5%, AFC ≤ 4 oocytes with the sensitivity of 81.8% and the specificity of 87.2%, FSH ≥ 9.1 IU/L with the sensitivity of 61.6% and the specificity of 90.9%, Age ≥ 37 with the sensitivity 69.6% and the specificity of 78.6%. AFC, AMH had the equally good predictive value which were higher than age, FSH in predicting poor ovarian response

v   The value of AMH, FSH, AFC and age in predicting high ovarian response: AMH ≥ 3.5 ng/ml with the sensitivity of 88.2% and the specificity of 81.8%, AFC ≥ 14 with the sensitivity of 83.6% and the specificity of 91.5%. FSH ≤ 7.2 IU/L with the sensitivity of 82% and the specificity of 54%, age ≤ 34 with the sensitivity of 76% and the specificity of 41%. AFC, AMH had higher predictive value than age and FSH in predicting high
