Những kết luận mới của luận án:
- Luận án đã đưa ra thực trạng về kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành về 6 nhiệm vụ của cộng tác viên (CTV) phục hồi chức năng cộng đồng: 33,3% CTV kiến thức kém, 65,2 % CTV kiến thức trung bình, 90% CTV thái độ trung bình, tốt; 81,3% CTV thực hành không đạt.
- Đã xác định được một số yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành về 6 nhiệm vụ của CTV: Trình độ của CTV, thời gian tham gia CTV trên 5 năm, CTV được tập huấn Phục hồi chức năng dựa vào cộng đồng (PHCNDVCĐ), CTV kết hợp làm việc nhóm, CTV báo cáo theo định kỳ có kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành tốt hơn; CTV có kiến thức đạt có thái độ đạt cao gấp 7,21 lần, thực hành đạt cao gấp 4,37 lần. CTV có thái độ đạt thì thực hành đạt cao gấp 4,67 lần; 100% CTV có đề xuất tập huấn định kỳ; 99% CTV đề xuất hỗ trợ kinh phí, 84,1% ý kiến CTV cần dành nhiều thời gian tham gia PHCNDVCĐ;
- Hiệu quả can thiệp nâng cao kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành về 6 nhiệm vụ của CTV: Giảm tỉ lệ CTV kiến thức kém (28,8%), tăng tỷ lệ CTV có kiến thức trung bình 16,2% và kiến thức tốt (12,7%); giảm CTV có thái độ kém và trung là 8,6% và 16,8% , tăng 25,6% cộng tác viên có thái độ tốt; giảm tỉ lệ CTV thực hành không đạt 36,7%, tăng tỉ lệ CTV thực hành đạt và tốt 30,0% và 6,7%.

Title: “Real situation of knowledge, attitude, practice and effectiveness of intervention in 6 tasks of community-based rehabilitation Volunteers in Hai Duong"

The new conclusions of the doctoral thesis:
- The doctoral thesis has given the status of knowledge, attitude and practice in 6 tasks of Community-Based Rehabilitation volunteers' (CBR volunteers): the volunteers having poor knowledge account for 33.3%, averaged knowledge is about 65.2%; while the volunteers with averaged attitude and good attitude make up 90%; the volunteers with under standardized practice is about 81.3%.
- Identified some factors relating to knowledge, attitude and practice in 6 tasks of CBR volunteers: The education level of CBR volunteers, experience in CBR program over 5 years, CBR volunteers were trained for CBR, team-work skill, the volunteers who make reports have better knowledge, attitude and practice; the CBR volunteers having standardized knowledge would have standardized attitude which is 7.21 times higher than others and also gain attained practice 4.37 times higher than people with unstandardized knowledge. The volunteers have standardized attitudes would have standardized practice 4.67 times higher than those having an unstandardized attitude; 100% of CBR volunteers proposed the regular training courses; 99% of CBR volunteers proposed financial support, 84.1% of CBR volunteers commented that they need to spend more time participating in CBR.
- The effectiveness of interventions is to improve knowledge, attitude and practice in 6 tasks of CBR volunteers: Reduce the rate of CBR volunteers’ having poor knowledge (28.8%), increase the percentage of CBR volunteers with averaged knowledge of 16.2% and good knowledge (12.7%); reduce CBR volunteers with low and middle attitudes of 8.6% and 16.8% respectively, increase the number of CBR volunteers with good attitude to 25.6%; decrease the rate of CBR volunteers having unstandardized practice to 36.7%, raise the percentage of Volunteers with standardized practice and good practice up to 30.0% and 6.7% respectively.
